Hi, I’m Kris Kraatz — and my mission is simple:
to glorify God, serve His Kingdom, and share the Good News in everything I do… including real estate.

For the past 20 years, I’ve devoted my career to helping everyday people across DFW become homeowners. I started in new construction back in March of 2004 at the age of 25, and since then I’ve had the privilege of helping over 1,000 first-time home buyers purchase brand-new homes across North Texas. Today, while new construction is still a major specialty for me, I also help families buy and sell traditional residential homes — giving my clients the benefit of two decades of experience on both sides of the market.

My heart is to educate and empower people who think homeownership is out of reach — young adults, single moms, young families, veterans, nurses, teachers, and anyone trying to find an affordable path forward in North Texas.
